Lib Dems GAIN Hazelmere South, Conservatives fall to third place behind UKIP
In the last election (2011), the Lib Dem candidate came third in Hazelmere South, in last night’s by-election, they leapt to first place and UKIP managed to push the Tories to third. I think that the Conservatives are in for a beating from both UKIP and Lib Dems who they seem to be ceding ground to.
There were other by-elections last night, a Labour gain from Lib Dem, a Plaid Cymru gain from Independent and a couple of holds.
